These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Linkify.fit, including the website, profile pages, preview features, request forms, private editing links and related services.

By visiting Linkify.fit, submitting a profile request, using a Linkify profile or accessing a private editing link, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Linkify”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the Linkify.fit service.
• “Service” means the Linkify.fit website, profile pages, creation forms, preview tools, editing tools and related features.
• “Profile” means a hosted Linkify profile page.
• “Profile owner” means the person, business or organisation represented by a Profile.
• “Content” means text, photos, logos, links, usernames, social profiles, contact details and any other material submitted to Linkify.
• “Private editing link” means a private URL or credential that may allow a person to update a Profile.
• “User”, “you” or “your” means anyone who visits, submits information to or uses the Service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use Linkify only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

If you are under the minimum age required by applicable law, you may use Linkify only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

If you submit a request or Content for another person, business or organisation, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to act on their behalf;
• you have permission to submit the relevant information;
• you have permission to use submitted photos, logos, trademarks and other materials;
• the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the Profile will not mislead visitors about the person, business or organisation represented.

You are responsible for anyone who uses Linkify through your device, email account or private editing link.

3. The Linkify service

Linkify provides hosted profile pages that may display:

• a username;
• display name;
• biography;
• profile photo;
• supported social profiles;
• contact options;
• external links;
• other approved profile information.

The current Free plan is offered without a subscription fee or credit card.

The current Free plan may include up to four custom links and the features displayed on the Linkify website. Features, limits and available fields may change as the Service develops.

Linkify is manually reviewed and does not guarantee that every request will be published.

4. Preview and creation process

The homepage preview allows you to test how information may appear on a Linkify profile.

The preview is not the same as a published Profile.

When you choose to continue from the preview to the creation form:

• entered fields may be transferred through temporary browser storage;
• a selected photo may be transferred through IndexedDB;
• the receiving page may consume and remove the temporary handoff;
• information is not sent to the request database until you submit the actual request.

A preview does not guarantee that the final Profile will look exactly the same after review, formatting, cropping, validation or publication.

5. Requests, review and publication

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• approval;
• publication;
• a particular username;
• a specific publication date;
• continued availability of a requested feature;
• continued hosting for an unlimited period.

Linkify may review, delay, reject, suspend, edit or remove a request or Profile where reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms;
• comply with law;
• protect users or third parties;
• prevent fraud, abuse, spam or impersonation;
• protect the security of the Service;
• respond to a valid report;
• address a technical or operational issue.

Linkify may ask for clarification, corrections, proof of authority or additional information before publishing a Profile.

6. Usernames

Usernames are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until Linkify confirms them.

A username may not:

• impersonate another person, business or organisation;
• infringe a trademark, copyright, trade name or other right;
• be deceptive or misleading;
• suggest an official affiliation that does not exist;
• contain unlawful, hateful, abusive or offensive wording;
• be used to facilitate fraud, phishing or abuse.

Usernames remain subject to Linkify’s service rules. Linkify may reclaim, change, suspend or remove a username if reasonably necessary to address an infringement, impersonation, security issue, legal request or breach of these Terms.

A username does not create ownership of the Linkify service, the Linkify domain or any other Linkify asset.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit.

You grant Linkify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, crop, optimise, display, transmit and technically process your Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• review and operate your request;
• create and host your Profile;
• provide private editing access;
• secure and maintain the Service;
• create backups;
• prevent abuse;
• comply with legal obligations;
• provide technical support.

This licence continues for as long as the relevant Content is stored or displayed by Linkify and for the limited period required for backups, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance after removal.

Linkify does not acquire ownership of your Content.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any Content submitted to Linkify.

8. Content warranties

By submitting Content, you confirm that:

• you own the Content or have permission to use it;
• the Content is accurate enough for the purpose for which it is submitted;
• the Content does not violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights;
• the Content does not infringe intellectual-property rights;
• the Content is not unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• you have the required permission to publish any person’s image, name, logo or contact information;
• any links you submit are intended to lead to the destinations shown;
• you will update or remove Content that becomes inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.

You must not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity-document numbers, medical information or other confidential information that is not necessary for a Linkify Profile.

9. Acceptable use

You may use Linkify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use Linkify to:

• impersonate another person, business, organisation or public authority;
• commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams or identity theft;
• distribute malware, spyware, ransomware or harmful code;
• steal credentials or payment information;
• publish unlawful, defamatory, threatening or abusive material;
• promote violence, terrorism or exploitation;
• publish child sexual abuse material or exploitative material involving minors;
• publish non-consensual intimate imagery;
• publish discriminatory or hateful content;
• violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights;
• send unsolicited commercial messages or spam;
• operate a deceptive investment, financial, health or commercial scheme;
• mislead visitors about products, services, affiliations or qualifications;
• use Linkify for illegal goods or services;
• use Linkify to distribute content that could harm visitors;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• bypass rate limits, authentication or other security controls;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission;
• scrape, harvest or collect information from the Service through automated means without permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
• create multiple abusive or fraudulent requests;
• use private editing links belonging to another person;
• frame, mirror or reproduce the Service without permission;
• use Linkify in a way that exposes us or other users to legal or security risk.

10. Public Profiles

A published Profile is intended to be publicly accessible.

You understand that public Content may be:

• viewed by anyone with the Profile URL;
• shared through social networks and messaging apps;
• indexed by search engines;
• copied, cached or saved by other people;
• displayed in browser previews;
• accessed from different countries.

Linkify cannot control what third parties do with Content after it has been made public.

You are responsible for deciding what information should appear on your public Profile.

If you want information to remain private, do not place it in a public Profile field.

11. Private editing links

A private editing link acts as a credential.

Anyone who obtains the link may potentially be able to make changes to the associated Profile.

You are responsible for:

• keeping the link confidential;
• not posting it publicly;
• not sending it to unauthorised people;
• protecting the email account through which it was received;
• reviewing changes made through the link;
• notifying Linkify if you believe it has been exposed.

If you report that a private editing link has been compromised, Linkify may revoke, replace or invalidate it.

Linkify is not responsible for changes made by a person who obtained the private editing link through your actions, device, email account or failure to keep it confidential, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Content moderation and reports

Linkify may review Content before or after publication.

We may restrict, disable, remove or refuse Content when we reasonably believe that it:

• violates these Terms;
• violates applicable law;
• infringes another person’s rights;
• presents a security or safety risk;
• is fraudulent, deceptive or abusive;
• is reported as unlawful or harmful;
• creates a risk to Linkify or its users.

To report a Profile, link or other Content, contact:

Where possible, a report should include:

• the URL of the relevant Profile or Content;
• the reason for the report;
• the legal or policy concern;
• supporting information;
• your contact details if a response is requested.

We may request additional information before taking action.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the affected Profile owner of a restriction or removal and provide a general reason for the decision.

Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where necessary to address an immediate legal, security, fraud, safety or abuse risk.

If your Content is restricted or removed, you may contact us to request a review. We may maintain the decision where the original reason remains valid.

13. Intellectual property belonging to Linkify

The Linkify name, logo, design system, interface, source code, layout, text, graphics, animations, software and other Service elements are owned by or licensed to Linkify.

Except where allowed by law or expressly authorised by us, you may not:

• copy or reproduce the Linkify interface;
• use the Linkify branding in a way that suggests endorsement;
• modify or create derivative versions of the Service;
• sell, sublicense or redistribute Linkify components;
• extract or reuse source code;
• use Linkify assets in another product or service;
• reproduce substantial parts of the website or design;
• remove proprietary notices.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Linkify intellectual property.

14. Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe that Content hosted through Linkify infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, contact:

Please include:

• the relevant Profile or Content URL;
• a description of the rights you believe are affected;
• an explanation of the alleged infringement;
• evidence of your rights where appropriate;
• your contact information;
• any other information reasonably needed to investigate the report.

Linkify may remove or restrict disputed Content while investigating a report.

Submitting a false or abusive report may violate these Terms and may have legal consequences.

15. Third-party websites and destinations

Profiles may link to third-party websites, social networks, stores, booking systems, payment providers, email services and other destinations.

Linkify does not:

• control those websites;
• guarantee their availability;
• verify all information on those websites;
• endorse their products or services;
• guarantee their security;
• control their privacy practices;
• participate in transactions between you and those third parties.

Any transaction, communication, purchase, booking, donation or other interaction with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

You are responsible for reading the third party’s terms and privacy policy.

16. Communications

By submitting a request, you agree that Linkify may contact you regarding:

• your request;
• username availability;
• clarification or corrections;
• approval or rejection;
• private editing access;
• security matters;
• changes affecting your Profile;
• support requests;
• legal or service notices.

These are service communications, not marketing messages.

If Linkify introduces marketing communications in the future, those communications will be handled according to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

17. Privacy and cookies

Your use of Linkify is also subject to the Linkify Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Linkify handles personal information.

The Cookie Policy explains:

• the strictly necessary session cookie;
• local storage;
• session storage;
• IndexedDB;
• cookie preferences;
• internal server-side analytics;
• self-hosted interface resources;
• optional categories and consent controls.

18. Free service and future Pro plan

The current Free plan is offered without a subscription fee or credit card.

The current website may display information about a future Pro plan, including possible features or indicative pricing.

At present:

• Pro cannot be purchased through the Service;
• no Pro subscription is created by viewing the pricing section;
• no recurring payment is initiated;
• no paid contract is created by submitting a Free request;
• no payment details are collected for Pro;
• any displayed Pro price or feature is informational only.

If Linkify later introduces a paid plan, the applicable checkout or subscription terms will explain:

• the price;
• billing frequency;
• taxes;
• renewal;
• cancellation;
• refunds;
• termination;
• available features;
• any applicable consumer withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

19. Changes to the Service

Linkify may change, improve, restrict, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.

Changes may include:

• available profile fields;
• link limits;
• design components;
• plan features;
• request workflows;
• analytics features;
• editing functionality;
• pricing;
• eligibility rules;
• availability in particular regions.

We may take the Service or individual Profiles offline temporarily for:

• maintenance;
• upgrades;
• security;
• abuse prevention;
• legal reasons;
• infrastructure failure;
• emergency response.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or unchanged.

20. Availability and service limitations

We aim to keep Linkify reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

• available;
• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• secure against every possible threat;
• compatible with every browser or device;
• free from delays;
• free from inaccurate or user-submitted Content;
• indexed by search engines;
• available at a particular speed or level of traffic.

Profile pages, links, photos, external destinations and editing features may occasionally be unavailable or display incorrectly.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important Content.

21. No professional or commercial advice

Linkify is a profile-hosting and link-sharing service.

Linkify does not provide:

• legal advice;
• financial advice;
• medical advice;
• tax advice;
• investment advice;
• professional accreditation;
• verification of Profile owner qualifications;
• guarantees regarding third-party products or services.

A Profile’s existence on Linkify does not mean that Linkify endorses, verifies or recommends the Profile owner, their statements, products, services or links.

22. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not make warranties that:

• the Service will meet every expectation;
• a Profile will generate traffic, leads, sales or followers;
• a username will remain available;
• a third-party link will remain active;
• Content will never be lost, copied or misused;
• the Service will be uninterrupted;
• all Content will be accurate;
• all security threats will be prevented;
• a Profile will be indexed or ranked by a search engine.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, guarantee, consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkify will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, including:

• loss of profits;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of business opportunities;
• loss of reputation;
• loss of anticipated traffic;
• loss of data;
• loss caused by third-party websites;
• loss caused by unauthorised access to a private editing link;
• loss caused by Content submitted by another user;
• loss caused by service interruption or maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkify’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Linkify for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• EUR 100 where you did not pay for the Service.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

24. Your responsibility and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse or defend Linkify against claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from:

• your Content;
• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of another person’s rights;
• your failure to obtain permission to submit or publish Content;
• your misuse of a private editing link;
• your unlawful or fraudulent activity.

This section does not require you to reimburse Linkify for losses caused by Linkify’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

25. Suspension and termination

You may ask Linkify to remove your Profile at any time by contacting:

support@linkify.fit

Linkify may suspend, restrict or remove a Profile or access to the Service if:

• you breach these Terms;
• Content is unlawful or harmful;
• a valid rights complaint is received;
• the Profile creates a security risk;
• the private editing link is compromised;
• the request is fraudulent or abusive;
• removal is required by law;
• the Service or feature is discontinued;
• the Profile has been inactive for a prolonged period;
• necessary information is missing or cannot be verified.

Where appropriate, Linkify may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Notice may not be possible where immediate action is required.

After removal:

• the Profile may no longer be publicly accessible;
• private editing links may be revoked;
• some information may remain temporarily in backups or security records;
• legal, support, dispute and abuse-prevention records may be retained where necessary.

Sections concerning ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, privacy, dispute resolution and any other provisions that should continue by their nature will remain effective after termination.

26. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes your mandatory legal rights or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under the mandatory law applicable to you.

If you use Linkify on behalf of a business, disputes may be brought before the competent courts determined by applicable law and the relevant place of establishment.

Before the final legal operator and jurisdiction of Linkify are confirmed, no more specific governing-law or court clause should be added.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when:

• the Service changes;
• new features are introduced;
• a paid plan becomes available;
• the request or editing process changes;
• legal or regulatory requirements change;
• our security or moderation practices change.

When we make a material change, we will update the effective or last-updated date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

28. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If Linkify does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean that Linkify has waived the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Linkify may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any applicable service-specific terms, form the agreement governing your use of Linkify.
